Looking For Dr In Nassau County Who Prescribe 30 Mg. Oxy

I am looking for a dr. in Nassau county that will prescribe 30 mg. oxy. I broke my back and had a fusion, and I still have to have one more fusion... yet my dr. will only prescribe 15 mg. I actually fractured one of the vertebra. I also rupture two disc, and had two more that herniated and hit my spinal cord and had to have emergency surgery bc I was temporarily paralyzed, yet they won't prescribe 30 mg. bc of all the damn crack heads out there. I destroyed 5 discs. How can they not give me something stronger? I don't get it. Does anyone know a Dr. who still prescribes 30 mg. Oxy

first of all " crack heads" have nothing to do with the POTENT NARCOTIC OPIATES YOU SEEK. The neurosurgical and orthopedic view of your injury, subsequent surgery and now after care goals is to limit or remove the presence of opiates on a diurnal basis. I understand your frustration and anger but blaming others for the predicament you find yourself in is not healthy or productive in anyway. If your case history and pending second surgical procedure warrants opiate meds only your medical TEAM can assist you. IF your not satisfied with the level of care you've received a second opinion would be your next logical step.....hope you find relief...
