If you're just looking for a doctor to prescribe you Phentermine, I believe any general physician in your area should be able to take care of that for you without having to deal with the hassles of doctor hunting.

Running a simple Google search for "doctors in syracuse NY" brings up a variety of different physicians and webpages that may be what you're looking for.
