Long Yellow Tablets With A V On One Side

I normally take 10 mg percocet as perscribed by my dr.for severe Tarlov tumors up and down my spine from three ruptured disks and a snapped miningeal lining of my spinal chord and three buldging disks, that i received while on active duty and a broken tail bone and 2 dislocated disks in my neck and tumors on my thyroid and other parts of my body diagnosed as abnormal. The pharmacist gave me these long yellow tablets with a v on them that are making me sick and they aren't helping much with the excruciating pain, undated of my prescribed 10mg round white percocet. They are labeled as the same drug but i am extremely sensitive to medications. Lots of allergies. What are these things. I've been projectile vomiting, but that could just be because the passion is no longer under control. I keep a record of medications that i can not take, most all of them have yellow die #10 and similar bonding agents, that i am allergic to. What are these things and why did he swap my prescription for them? 2wks until dr visit, I'm going to end up in er.
