There's a 750mg Levetiracetam ER tablet that is white and oblong shaped, but it has "1300" embedded on one side and blank on the other. Any chance that the "1" could've gotten smudged off or is difficult to see?
If it's of any help, this particular medication is used for treating epilepsy. Do you know of any family members who might be taking something like this?
Unfortunately that's the closest representation of what I could find here.
