Long Term Effects Of Ursodiol?

I don't want to remove my gallbladder unlike the doctors suggest. I have multiple small gallstones. I searched and found about Ursodiol.
What are the long term effects of it? I read the side effects. But are there any long term ones? What would it do to my liver if I use it for years...
