I received long oval pills stamped with 44 175 from the pharmacist in a brown prescription bottle. I'd like to know what these are?

These tablets are manufactured by Ivax Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic, or store brand of Tylenol.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache.
