Lomotil And Methylprednisolone

Can these two pills be taken at the same time? I have IBS and take Lomotil as needed and my dr. prescribed Methylprednlsolone for my sinus infection. Can these be taken together? I don't feel great.

The Methylprednisolone is a steroid class medication, so it can cause some annoying side effects, such as headache, nausea, weight changes, fluid retention and elevated heart rate.
