Loestrin 24 Fe Missed Period This Month

I have been on Loestrin 24 Fe for 3 months now. I had irregular spotting for the first 2 months, and probably because I was fairly bad about taking the pill at the same time every day, and missed a couple days. But this past month I have been very consistent in taking it every single day at around the same time. Despite this, I have not had any bleeding or spotting during the iron pill days....is this normal? I feel as if my body is just finally adjusted to the pill, but should I be concerned? I'm highly stressed out about this, and I took a test this morning, but it came up "invalid" though I'm pretty sure I did everything correct with it. Any help or advice would be great! I'm not in the same town as my gyno since I'm on summer break, but I just need answers!

This is a hormonal based contraceptive, so it can be completely normal to skip your menstrual cycle, while you're taking it, especially during the first 3 months.

Are you certain that you didn't miss any tablets?

I've been taking Lo Loestrin Fe for months now and had a very light period each month. Although, this month it has not come whatsoever. I've taken several first response tests to detect if i was pregnant but they all come back negative.
