Lo Loestrin Fe When Do I Start The Second Pack? Medication ?

there are 2 white pills and 2 brown pills, after I finish those 4 pills do I start taking the blue pills again, or do I wait till sunday?

I m on lamictal and doxycycline and my obgyn didn t tell me it can effect my birth control, but I read that specifically lamictal and antibiotics can effect bc?
