Lo Loestrin Fe Missed Period Help

I've been taking my pills very regularly everyday but there was one night a threw up a few hours after taking my pill and am afraid I might have thrown it up. I have had intercourse once this month but can not remember if it was before or after throwing up the pill. Well I had extremely light spotting the days of when my period was supposed to come and two days after my "missed" period I took three first reponses and they all came back negative. It is my fourth month on this pill and the first three periods were regular. Could I be pregnant? Should I take another test?

Such irregularities can be normal when you are taking hormonal contraceptives and after several months on them, they usually do make your periods much lighter. However, if you bled, then it is doubtful that you're pregnant, especially with the tests having been negative.

However, the only way to really be certain and put your mind at ease is by consulting your doctor. They can do an actual blood test and exam to let you know if you're pregnant.
