Lo Loestrin Fe Missed One White Pill

I'm on the forth week of my bc pack. Already finished with the blue pills. I missed my first white pill but took it the next day with my other white pill at the same time. And today I start my brown placebo pills. I also had intercourse the day I took both white pills. Am I protected? Or should I take plan b?

Plan B is only effective in the first 5 days, after intercourse, so it wouldn't do any good to take it now. It's most effective in the first 24 hours, retains most efficacy for 72 hours, then its effectiveness at preventing pregnancy dwindles and after day 5, it does nothing.

Did you start your period?

The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, breakthrough bleeding and PMS-like symptoms.
