lo loestrin fe missed 1 blue pill and took the next blue pill at night when I usually take them in the morn. What do I do now?

You should take your next dose at the regular time. You generally have a window of about 24 hours, before it's actually considered a missed pill, so you should be fine to just continue as normal, unless your doctor specifics otherwise.

The FDA lists typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, breakthrough bleeding and PMS like symptoms.
