Lo Loestrin Fe Cramps

I just started Lo Loestrin Fe 11 days ago after coming off of an unsuccessful try with a copper IUD for less than a week. I started when I did not have my period, and waited until my seventh day (about 20 minutes after I took my seventh pill) to have protected sex. Since I started Lo Loestrin Fe, I've had some light cramping a few times during the day, nothing severe, and my breasts have been slightly tender. I know my chances of pregnancy are very low, considering we used condoms correctly and I have been very diligent with taking the pill at the same time every day. I had never had sex prior to the night where I took the seventh pill, so I'm thinking that my cramps and tenderness are just due to starting a hormonal BC for the first time. I was just wondering if the cramps I am having are my body adjusting to the medication, or if this is something that I should be more concerned about. Thank you!

And after double checking, I realized that I actually was taking my eighth pill that night, not my seventh, if that helps at all.
