What is the pill used for? I found it in my drawer but can't remember what I took it for.

This tablet is manufactured by Lupin Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 20mgs of Simvastatin, which is used to help lower cholesterol.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and joint/muscle aches.
