Livogen Tablet Before Pregnancy

I am trying to become pregnant this month. Doctor had given me Livogen tabs. Can it be consumed at this time?

Livogen is just a nutritional supplement, so there is no harm in taking it, if your doctor has instructed you to do so.

The U.S. FDA warns that it may cause nausea, as a side effect, due to its potency.
