My RBC count is 3.88 millions / c.mm and Haemoglobin is 11.4gm/dl Doctor said I have Iron deficiency and prescribed me 1 cap / day of ALFE which contains Carbonyl Iron eq to Iron Zinc Sulphate. Since this is not available Our Pharmacist gave me Livogen Z saying it is similar composition and is a Iron tablet to improve my RBC. Is it Ok to take?
