I found this pill in my sons room and i do not know what it is... please help me

I've just found a similar pill in a bottle of baby aspirin. I can't find out what it is either.

I have a Kroger brand bottle of low-dose Aspirin; they are small round orange pills with S on top and 51 on bottom.

Hello,

I'm sure your heart sank when you found a pill you didn't recognize in his room. Fortunately I was able to find a match on the NIH database. According to the NIH this imprint and color is designated for generic low dose ibuprofen. As Kathryn stated earlier Kroger is one of the brands that uses this generic imprint.
