I'm actually looking at an image of this pill as I respond to you and it's reportedly identified as a 0.125 mg Hyoscyamine sulfate sublingual tablet (peppermint flavor).
According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, Hyoscyamine is indicated for use in treating GI tract disorders, such as IBS symptoms, colitis, stomach ulcers, Parkinson's, nausea, overactive bladder, and even pain associated with a number of other ailments in that region of the body.
Just to confirm, the pill I'm looking at is small, round and green (a dulled down shade of green I would say); along with the number 39 on one side and blank on the back. If you run a google image search for "round green pill 39" it should pop up near the top of the first page.
