Hello, Lisa! How are you? How long have you been taking them? Do you also watch your diet to minimize your salt and fat intake? According to the NIH, they can both contributed to high blood pressure levels.
You shouldn't adjust any medication, without your doctor's approval.
The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
What time of day do you check your blood pressure? Is this reading before, or after taking the medications?
