Here is a product image. The inscription Watson 861 seems to be commonly mistaken for an 851. Anyways, this is the closest match I found based on the description provided.

Per the manufacturer these tablets contain Lisinopril 20 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) 12.5 mg which is used to lower blood pressure.

That is Lisinopril/HCTZ (20/12.5); it is for lowering blood pressure. It is an ACE Inhibitor.
