my daughter's boyfriend and assailant was found with needles and a blue liquid in his car when arrested... what might this be?

This is probably a perscription drug broken down to powder and with water added for injection, most likely an opiate such as morphine sulfate, oxycontin (oxycodone) , ms contin, or dilaudid.

How do I properly administer liquid morphine intravenously? How much should I take and is it safe? It says NDC: 0054–0404-44. 30mL bottle and it's 100 mg per 5 mL or 20 mg/mL.
