Liquid Hydrocodone To Pill Equivalent

Been having sinus issues, possibly related to long term pill pain meds....

As a test, my orthopedist prescribed 120ml of 7.5/325 liquid hydrocodone to see if would help my sinus. Dosage is 6ml every 4 to 6 hours for pain.

Was previously taking 5/325 Norco pills 3 times per day.

While seemingly helping with my sinus, the liquid isn't helping my pain as much?

Trying to find out what the 5/325 pill equivalent to 120ml 7.5/325 liquid would be. I trust my Dr, but it doesn't seem like the dosage is right?

That is actually a slight raise to your dosage, this would be equivalent to taking a 7.5/325mg tablet.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation, it also carries the risk of being habit forming.

Have you informed your doctor that it isn't helping?
