Light Blue Oval Pain Pill

I found a thick,oval, light blue pill, with no markings except four raised ridges on one side, these ridges are almost diamond shape.it is a medium size pill. Do you know what this pill is?

If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, since all manufactured tablets are required to have imprints to enable their identification.

However, the leaves it open to a lo of over the counter possibilities. I'm not familiar with any that look like this, but I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I found the same kind of pill as described, and to me it smelled like a breath mint...sort of a toothpaste smell.
My co-worker decided to try it. It's was a breath mint.

It's an Altoid breath mint. Relax. Not a pill at all.
