Light Blue Oblong Pill L 421

I found a light blue pill # L 421 in my home. I do not take any medications at this time so im curious as to what it is. Thanks.

This tablet is manufactured by Unifirst and they list as being a generic or store brand of Alka-Seltzer, which contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 1,000mgs of Citric Acid and 1,916mgs of Sodium Bicarbonate.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
