Hi Kelia,
From what I could gather, this light blue oblong pill is an OTC antihistamine / sleep aid containing 25mgs of Diphenhydramine hydrochloride.

I don't know what would happen if you take 3, but personally I wouldn't advise taking anything more than what the directions state on the box; unless given the O-K through your doctor.
If the recommended dose doesn't suffice, it may just be a good idea to look into other forms of antihistamines or sleep aids, depending on what you're using it for...
