I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean about it "looking like a can"? If it's half an oval pill, how do you consider this to be so?

A 12.00 mm light blue oval (220mg) Naproxen sodium tablet with "L368" on one side and blank on the other, sounds like a close prospect (whereas if it were cut in half you'd see '68' or '89'). The main problem with having half a pill is that the other markings are the only thing that can narrow it down to something specific. So finding an accurate match could be anyone's best guess…especially without a photograph to go off of… If it's very important to you though, something you may want to look into is having the remaining half of the tablet analyzed by a lab. That way you can get 100% verification of the contents. But if that ends up being too costly, you could also see if anyone at your local pharmacy recognizes it as something they carry.
