Light Blue F 20 Pill

I found a small light blue pill in my kids draw with F imprinted on it and 20 imprinted below the F. Could someone please tell me what kind of pill this is?

From what I have been able to find this tablet was manufactured by Abrika Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a 20mg generic for Adderall, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and irritability.
