I met with an accident a yr ago so hav got i ligament tear in my right knee...I am 20yrs old...I consulted the doc he advised me to take tendocare....I was alright....a month back...I kinda twisted my knee wen playing basketball ball plus I go to gym....hav got bit pain in my knee....so is it ok if I take TENDOCARE again...and I want to know how many tablets should I take...and I der any other tablets that I can hav with TENFOCARE....

I doubt my knee ligament is broken and would like to find out how to tell if it really is? What had happened is that I fell down from my bike and now it's hurting so bad that I feel difficulty in using my right leg.
