I just got out of Hospital, I'M TAKING 2mg xanax an vicodin10-325, THEY WANTED TO PUT ME ON AMITRIPTYLINE BUT I WAS SCARED AN SAID NO! I'VE TAKEN LIBRIUM BEFORE.. WHAT SHOULD I TAKE TO HELP ME? I'M SO SICK AN IN PAIN(stomach) SAID I NOW HAVE TO LIVE A STRESS FREE LIFE! YAH RIGHT! WHATS THAT!?

Why were you afraid to take Amitriptyline? It is not related to Librium. The Xanax you're taking is actually a closer relative, since it's a benzodiazepine and Librium is a benzodiazepine derivative.

Amitriptyline is just a tricyclic antidepressant. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and weight changes.

As to your stomach. What is wrong with it and what are you taking for it?
