My age is 61. For the last ten months I've been taking libotryp.. Can it be continued for the next four years?

my wife was operated for c.a.colon(in 2006). After all chemothrepy cycles (upto 2008) the surgeon had advised her to use libotryp drug with b-complex capsules till today (i.e. 11/06/2012). She is getting weight, kindly tell/guide me about the side effect of medicines.
