i was given this medication for intestinal problems i have my intestine very swollen is this mediation good for that

Libertrim contains the active ingredient Trimebutine, this is commonly used to treat these types of conditions as it increases bowel motility and relieves symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea and abdominal pain.

It is not available in the US, so I can't find much other information on it.
