Hi Dawn! Did u get your medication from the same Doctor? If so, then he/she wouldn't give u anything that couldn't be taken together. Your Doctor knows all the medication u are on. Besides, the pharmacy watches out for those things, too.

Most doctors don't actually know the potential interactions, they are taught what medications are for, but not much beyond that. Normally, that is something your pharmacist would handle.
And yes, there is actually a risk of developing Serotonin Syndrome from combining these, since they all have an effect on its levels in the body and that can be cumulative from all of them.
I'd suggest having a serious discussion with your doctor about the possible risks.
