I am using Lexamil 10 mg for 3 months now, no side effects at all, I feel wonderful and energetic and must remind myself to eat....It has taken away my appetite ....

Did you have any other side effects, or just the appetite problem?

If it's okay with your doctor that you do so, you may also want to add a multivitamin, just in case.
