Hi, Leigh! Very sorry about the issue you're having, I know that's very annoying and inconvenient.
The breakthrough bleeding is most likely from the Jasmine/Yasmin, since it is a hormonal based contraceptive. Such irregularities can occur for the first 3 months you're taking it, as your body is getting used to it and they may occur at other times, since there are many things that can affect your hormone levels, such as stress and weight loss.
How long have you been taking it?
