Lexamil 10 Mg Weight Loss

Am almost weaned off of Lexamil 10mg but now I am desperate to lose the weight that I gained whilst on the drug. Any suggestions to kick start the weight loss would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello, Bev! How are you?

Pretty much just the usual ways, get plenty of exercise and eat a healthy diet that's low in fat and control your caloric intake.

When I'd gained some weight after being on a similar medication for years, I started walking and the weight fell off very fast. I still walk everywhere I can, it's great exercise.

Does anyone else have any ideas to add?
