Levothyroxine And Itching

I had stopped taking the Levothyroxine for four days because I was out of town. On the fourth day I had a severe itching or like a nat biteing me all over my body but no rash. could this have been caused from suddenly stopping the medication?

Yes, that is possible, other withdrawal effects as listed by the FDA may possibly include dizziness, headache and diarrhea.

Why didn't you take a supply with you? You really shouldn't skip days of this medication.
