my precription was refilled . the first capsule was light in color, now the new refill is Lighjt orchid .
Doe this matter?

Just to clear this up, no the colors don't actually mean anything. That is something that is entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. If a new refill of the same medication in the same dosage is a different color, then it's most likely also from a different manufacturer.
