taste not good in mouth slick like most time been like this 4 about a week also get a little nauseated just while iam eating. will this med help this. no fever

Prescribing information for Levofloxacin notes that
Levofloxacin is used to treat certain infections such as pneumonia chronic bronchitis and sinus, urinary tract, kidney, prostate (a male reproductive gland), and skin infections.

In my opinion Levofloxacin doesn't seem like the right medication for your symptoms, unless you know for sure that your symptoms are associated with an infection of some kind. Are you coughing uncontrollably as well?

I've experienced that weird taste in the mouth before when I was sick in the past. I'm not sure what condition might've caused it (either a fever, bronchitis, or just a bad cold), but I was over it in a matter of days. Definitely stay on top of eating lots of fruits for Vitamin C. The high water content in fruit should also help ease any throat irritation if you're experiencing that.
