My neurology order me that medicine. I need one daily with Namenda, no pharmacy in PR have it.

Hi Milagros,

Sorry to hear about your situation. If you don't mind me asking, what is the full name of the medication or combination of drugs you're prescribed (re: levo cal acetyl meco)? And have you considered calling around to see if any pharmacy will order it for you even if it's not currently in stock?

As a last resort, it may be that your doctor has to write a new prescription for something that's more readily available (whatever medication that may be)...But in order to avoid this happening again, I would see if your doctor would be willing to call in the prescription so that he/she can speak directly with a pharmacist and therefore will know ahead of time if it's something that can actually be filled.
