Length Of Periods When On Sprintec?

My boyfriend is coming back from college and he is only going to be in town for the weekend. I started my white pills this past Sunday but want to be done with my period by Friday night or early Saturday. This is my first month taking it so I'm not sure how my body gonna work with it yet. My periods are usually a full 7 days. Do periods tend to be shorter when on sprintec? If not can I start my blue pills on Thursday or Friday to make my period end sooner?

Were u pregnant? same thing is happening to me so i was wondering. I have all the symtoms like crams and bloating but no period.

I'm 15 and I been on Sprintec 7 months now. I got put on it to slow down. My period. And stop my back pains and massive Cramps. It stopped the back pains and cramp. But not the heavy bleeding. And now since I started it. I been getting my period more then what I used to get before I was even put on it. I got my period like 2 months ago and it was like 2 maybe 3 weeks of bleeding. And I got my period last month and it was only like 2 weeks. And I got my period 2 weeks ago. And I'm still bleeding. What can be the cause of this?

Hi I'm in the same boat with you and I never miss a pill. And I usually stay on my cycle for 4 days. Now this is the 8th day I been on my cycle I'm not use to this at all

I'm on day six of the sugar pill and only had brown spotting every other day is this normal.

Hello! Im 34 years old no kids well Feb1 2017 my period came i usually last 4days no longer well i went the whole month of February i went to OBGYN had a pap smear and a pelvic ultrasound which all come back normal so im still having my period i just started Sprintec March 12 yesterday how long will it take for my period to stop? Someone help me

My girlfriend started sprintec about three weeks ago on her period. Her period has lasted the three weeks and is ongoing (not usual behavior). As per the instructions we waited and had intercourse without a condom about 2 weeks after she started the pill. According to the instructions we should be fine but the fact that she's still on her period has me paranoid (though she doesn't seem worried at all). Obviously there's always a risk but if she's been taking the pills on time every day is there anything to worry about?

Was placed on Ministriin to lighten my extremely heavy cycle. My cycle started light but got heavier by the day (and after 2 months), it was heavy again.

The doctor switched me to Springtec, more estrogen. After 3 days, my cycle is back to being very, very heavy. Is this normal? Does my body just need to get adjusted to it?

I haven't started my new pack of pills yet, should have started them today which is Tuesday? What should I do now , don't want to get my period going on vacation ! This is terrible!

This is my third pack of sprintec, and
With the first two I had a period. This time I started my placebo and still
No period, but cramped
for two days.I only have three more days left on the placebo. I didn't know if this was normal? I was late taking my pill twice by 30minutes once, and five minutes the second time. I have also used a second method of protection because Im not use to the pill. Should I be concern if I don't get my period or

im on my second pack of sprintec my 1st pack i started my . on the 22 it lasted 14 days an now its the 24 of this mnth an i havent started. is tht normal?

I have the same problems, exactly. Im worried too because i have plans this weekend and i want my period to stop. I started last tuesday and its still this heavy 7 days later. Tomorrow will be my 8th day. I havent even started my sugar pills yet. And this is my first month taking it. I think it normal in the first few months its just very annoying since im used to 5-day periods.

I recently started taking trisprintec after taking tricycle for 10yrs. There haven't been any side effects bt I'm on my last week and no cycle. Is that normal?

I also just started sprintec and didn't get my period til close to the end of the day on Wednesday, so it took from sunday til then to happen. Just a little bit of positivity for you :) lol

Hi. I started my Sprintec pills on a Thursday. My fiance and I had intercourse the next Thursday night after taking my pill and came inside of me. Its been exactly seven days.. Am I safe or is it a chance I'll become pregnant??

This is also my first pack since having my last kid 5 years ago. I'm on my 4th day of inactive white pills and still haven't gotten my period either. I'm having all the symptoms (cramping and what not) just no period. You're not the only one (-: Now I guess we sit and wait.

Im 21 and have never been on ANY birth control meds. I started taking Sprintec 28 on July 8th, about 7-9 days before my period. On july 19th i started spotting everyday till the 24th, which then led to my actual period. Iam now on my 6th day of my period (which usually last 5 days) and it looks like its not coming to an end anytime soon(still heavy).i have been bleeding since 10 days stright! im kinda scared. Im also on the first white pill of my first pack. did i take the pills right? i never missed a day and Planned parenthood didnt tell me to take them the first sunday after my period starting. I started taking Sprintec mainly for birth control, the other effects of the pill as in lighter periods and less acne was just a plus...but now I kinda regret taking it i dont know whats happening to me
