Lendormin O,250mgr - Tres Petite Dose

Presque toutes les nuits, je me reveille vers 2,30 / 3 heures. Apres une periode de tres bon sommeil, suit une periode d'insomnie longue (2 a 3 heures). Pour ecourter la periode d'insomnie je prends un quart (1/4) de comprime, ce qui represente une tres petite dose. Le retour du sommeil suit apres un heure d'attente, puis je me rendors pour 4 bonnes heures. Au reveil le matin, je ne suis pas en etat lethargique mais plutot bien repose.

Je ne suis pas sûr de ce que vous faites allusion à que la compresse que vous prenez. Pourriez-vous être plus précis, comme l'affichage de retour avec ce qu'il ya dedans?

Quoi d'autre avez-vous essayé de traiter votre insomnie?

Je me suis trouvé un grand soulagement de tout en utilisant la mélatonine, de sorte que vous pouvez l'essayer, s'il est sécuritaire pour vous de le prendre.
