HI, Mieke! How are you?

One of the ingredients in these is Codeine, which is a narcotic opiate, so it can be addictive and habit forming. If you stop taking it abruptly, there's a very good chance that you will experience withdrawal and rebound effects, which could be dangerous.

Learn more Codeine details here.

These types of drugs usually have to be stopped via a very slow taper, when you've been taking high doses for a long period of time. Have you consulted your doctor?

They should be able to help you with this.
