RLS isn't just leg pain, it's where someone feels uncomfortable, unless they keep moving their legs. That's why it often disrupts sleep, the movements are usually involuntary.

Are you on any medications? Did you change anything about your daily routine, recently? Are you exercising more? Have you been drinking a lot of alcohol?
