I think this marking may actually have been 600 and 4443. Can you please double check and post back? Thank you!
If so, it is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, and they list them as containing 600mgs of Gabapentin, which is used to treat, or prevent seizures, as well as some mood disorders.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings, and weight changes.
