trying to identify this pill. Was told it was Codeine and Tylenol. Cant find information on this pill.

Hello, Peggy! How are you?

I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find anything matching this description, so far.

And the rather obscure imprint leads me to doubt it's any prescription medication, it's most likely an over the counter product of some type.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

That is acetaminophen cosine it's just a form of tylenol with codeine in it
