This is a 2mg Nicorette lozenge, it contains Nicotine, and is used to help with smoking cessation. It is manfuctured by GlaxoSmithKline. NDC code: 00135-0510

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness, and heart palpitations.
