My grandma got a prescription for pravastatin 80 mg which is supposed to be an oblong yellow pill with rx 598 on it... inside the bottttle there were only 4 of these... the rest were the oblong pink pills with an A on one side and an 04 on the other

Just have to ask a couple of questions so I can help you better.
1. Are the pink pills capsule? or are they tablets?
2. Are they only pink? Or are there other colors?
3. Is the pill scored?
Any more information you give me will help me better in locating the correct pill.
