I think the marking you are looking at is the old Ivax logo, now owned by Teva and the numbers are actually 600 and 4443. Teva lists this tablet as containing 600mgs of Gabapentin.

It is an anticonvulsant that is used to prevent seizures, and to treat certain types of nerve disorders.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes.
