Lactose Free And Other Added Fillers In Warfarin. Compouning
UpdatedCompounding Pharmacy has lost source of my Lactose free Warfarin they have been able to provide for years with no other added filler ingredients. Have an actual milk allergy (tested and confirmed) not a Lactose intolerance. Second compounding pharmacy having same problem! Express Scripts searched and have none. If you have a source I would love to hear about it. Need the Warfarin, but having to deal with diarrhea & nausea make it a struggle. Any help is appreciated!
