hi my daughter is 13months old and has suffered with severe constipation since she was about 7-8months.....its got to the point she can only go in the bath :S her doctor recently done a blood test to check her thyroids and she has a low hormone (slightly underactive thyroid) which could be the case to her constipation....she has an appoinment to see a pedatrition in april but at the moment is taking lachilose which is working but if we stop for even one day she's back to square one and it causes her so much pain....my question is do you think its safe for her to have two 5ml spoonfulls of lachilose a day up until april? is is safe for her to have it everyday? or can she only have it for a certain amount of time?
